Confident beginner No Nonsense Nine-Patch
Here’s a great way to use some of those fabrics you’ve been hoarding. Nine-patch blocks are alternated with half-square triangle blocks to create multiple bands of shadow and sunlight. The sewing is not difficult and Jean will (as always!) give you tips to improve your piecing skills. The blocks can be placed in diagonal rows like the sample or in other dark/light arrangements much like the traditional Log Cabin blocks. Easy sewing and lots of design possibilities – what more could you want?
